At Iron Gate, we want to change the “HARDCORE” perception of CrossFit!

When you decide to change your life, you will have to work hard. Sometimes it will not be easy, but it will be worth it. At the Box, you are very welcome to scale all movements and loads to suit your level of experience.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to make you better at LIFE. CrossFit increases your General Physical Preparedness in all other activities, either in sport or daily life. I’m ready to give it a try… what do I need to do?

Step 1:

Drop a mail to info@irongatecrossfit.com to arrange your No Sweat Intro. This is a face to face sit down where we can find out about your fitness goals and desires and explain how CrossFit can help you achieve them.

Step 2:

Attend the next Foundations Course on Sunday from 08:00-09:30. This is where we teach you the basic movements common to the CrossFit Group classes and give you a taste of a small workout. The Foundations Class is free. Please call or email us to arrange your session.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. It is advised to eat a light meal, for example, some fruit 30mins before Foundations.
